Two one-day Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva programmes were organized on 29 and 30 January 2026 at ICAR–National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR), New Delhi, with participation of 42 and 55 officials, respectively. The programme was conducted under Mission Karmayogi, an initiative of the Capacity Building Commission, Government of India, in collaboration with the knowledge partner Illumine Knowledge Resources (P) Ltd., with the objective of fostering a citizen-first approach and strengthening Seva Bhav among government officials. The sessions were led by Master Trainers Dr. Nidhi Verma and Mr. Prateek Gaur, who engaged participants through interactive discussions and experiential learning to promote values of empathy, accountability, and effective public service delivery. The programme was successfully conducted and contributed to enhancing the service orientation and professional outlook of the participants in line with the vision of Mission Karmayogi.
