  • Developed and copyrighted the Crop DNA Fingerprint Database software for ICAR, enabling comprehensive genetic analysis and variety identification
  • Created prediction models using five machine learning algorithms for analyzing crop components through Near-Infrared spectroscopy
  • Published 8 research articles in peer-reviewed journals focusing on machine learning applications in agriculture and bioinformatics
  • Developed “Bandsize-Binary,” a widely-used program for converting microsatellite data to binary data, available through NBPGR’s website
  • Successfully developed a web-enabled decision support system for weed management across India, Australia, Bangladesh, and Turkey
