- Identified six genetics stocks in linseed, and minor pulses (cowpea and wild bean)
- Large scale discovery of SNPs in linseed and genotyping of germplasm accessions from the National Genebank, India
- Identified QTNs for flowering time, days to maturity, plant height and thousand seed weight in linseed using genome wide association studies (GWAS) in linseed.
- Large scale SNP discovery and genetic diversity analysis in minor pulses (cowpea, greengram, blackgram, moth bean)
- Developed EST-SSRs in dolichos bean
- Identified SNPs associated with flowering trait and seed weight in mothbean
- DNA fingerprinting of several pre-released varieties of green gram, blackgram, cowpea, clusterbean, dolichos bean, winged bean, adzuki bean, Pillipesara etc.
