NBPGR farm, IARI, Pusa Campus, New Delhi

The Pusa farm has a 10-acre land of which around eight acres is cultivable land. Farmland is divided into two blocks; D & E. All fields have irrigation facilities through four tube wells (discharge capacity of 5 to 7 L/sec). The farm has a spacious office building with Farm manager chamber, Staff Room, Covered Threshing floor, Store and working space for field staff. Research Activities on Germplasm Characterization, Evaluation, Pre-breeding and Utilization. Crop Wild Relative Garden is established for the maintenance of CWRs under a photoperiod-induced facility. Farm premises have a Rainout Shelter, Net house and manure-making pit.
